The individual is responsible for managing daily PN & JO freight billing operations, including resolving billing exceptions and disputes with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include collaborating with external suppliers and the Accounts Payable team to improve billing processes, ensuring billing accuracy, timely freight payment settlement, and preparation of required reports. The role also involves analyzing shipment volumes, transportation costs, and supplier performance to support cost control initiatives. In addition, the individual supports logistics operations execution, including inbound and outbound freight activities, import and export customs compliance, preparation of customs documentation and regulatory reports, and liaison with Trade Compliance teams, Customs authorities, government agencies, and logistics providers while ensuring compliance with FIZ, LMW, and international customs requirements. The position also provides support for inventory management activities, including material receiving, storage, and issuance, and assists with internal and external audits as required. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for the verification of the billing invoices from the PN & JO Logistics Service Providers. Ensure the accuracy of the freight invoice billing and submit for payment processing with the Finance department. Perform auditing and handle exceptions or disputes with relevant suppliers and internal stakeholders. Support establishing and monitoring WD freight billing processes with external suppliers and the internal accounts payable team. Perform correct reporting and timely submission to the management and Finance department. Cooperate with the accounts payable team to manage the freight payment with suppliers on time. Generate relevant reports to analyze shipment volumes, unit costs, and supplier performance. Support operational cost control. Work with Finance on trends and other related queries. Support Logistics operations execution, including import and export customs compliance activities, preparation of customs documentation and regulatory reports, and liaison with Trade Compliance teams, Customs authorities, government agencies, and logistics providers, while ensuring compliance with FIZ, LMW, and international customs requirements. Support inventory management activities as needed, including material receiving, storage, and issuance. Provide support to inbound & outbound freight execution and monitoring. Work with internal teams to identify process improvements, opportunities, and work on improvement projects. Support any other ad-hoc projects as assigned. Provide support during audits as necessary. REQUIRED: Degree in Logistics /Supply Chain /Business Administration /Finance /Transportation Management /Operations Management or relevant field of study. PREFERRED: Preferably with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the Logistics/Supply Chain-related field. Preferably possesses knowledge of import and export customs procedures and regulations, with experience liaising with Trade Compliance teams, Customs authorities, and government agencies. Familiarity with FIZ, LMW, and international customs requirements, including the preparation of customs documentation and regulatory reports, is preferred. Knowledge of operational finance, including freight billing processes, freight audit and reporting requirements, cost control, budget monitoring, and supplier performance analysis. With working experience in multinational manufacturing companies, and preferably familiar with the Oracle system. Has knowledge of transportation network optimization and cost reduction (a plus). Knowledge of logistics operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and audit processes. Ability to generate reports and analyze shipment volumes, unit costs, and supplier performance. Ability to manage freight billing accuracy, timely submission, and follow-up with stakeholders. Able to propose potential solutions and resolve disputes with the internal and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines, with the ability to adapt quickly to challenges, changing priorities, and business requirements. Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support process improvements, operational excellence, and project implementation.
