From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our Scaled Growth team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date in 2026 Summer/Fall. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume. Responsibilities

• Support BD team to identify and follow up the key blockers in agency's onboarding process
• Summarize and categorize the key challenges and work with XFN partners to build solution SOP
• Provide weekly issue tracker and share insights of business/product challenges
• Work with XFN partners to develop scalable product solutions

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to solve complex issues with XFN support and categorize solutions
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to commit to working for 6 months and work onsite 5 days a week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Data capability, or able to leverage AI to address preliminary data requests
