The Assistant to the Director exercises discretion in evaluating complex situations. implementing policies. and coordinating critical college functions to support students, faculty, and staff. This position assists the Director in matters pertaining to collegiate programs and academic support and relieves the Director of routine administrative and academic matters. Additionally. this position plays a key part in planning and executing projects. academic conferences, and professional development initiatives that enhance the schools visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include student database management, academic support, human resource assistance, procurement, internal reports, coordination of information, and training and mentoring of support staff.
