Requirements

In these roles, you will support the delivery of Australian tax compliance and reporting services across a diverse portfolio of investment funds and financial services clients. Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include preparation, review, oversight, client management, process improvement, and team mentoring activities. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will contribute to tax compliance deliverables, operational processes, client onboarding and transitions, project initiatives, and continuous improvement activities supporting the broader Tax Services function. Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of tax reporting and compliance deliverables. Prepare, review, and oversee tax compliance calculations and reporting, including BAS, IAS, AIIR, investor statements, tax returns, tax distributions, withholding tax reporting, and other regulatory obligations. Support the preparation and review of trust, fund, corporate, and investor tax reporting requirements. Assist in responding to client, auditor, regulator, and stakeholder queries. Support client onboarding, transitions, restructures, and tax-related projects. Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of tax policies, procedures, controls, and operating models. Participate in testing activities, template enhancements, and process improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to operational risk, compliance, and governance requirements. Mentor and support junior team members and provide technical guidance where appropriate. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and client service excellence.
