Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims promptly to ensure timely financial transactions

  • Assist in system improvements, upgrades, and process enhancements to optimise accounting operations
  • Ensure proper use of accounting codes and adherence to internal procedures
  • Assist in financial-related administrative tasks to support the finance team
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties on finance matters to facilitate communication and resolution
  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as LAS, MYOB, Xero, or SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and communication skills
