Job description Working hand in hand with the People Partners and Managers, the Learning & Development team is r esponsible for the internal training of Back Market employees . The subjects are diverse and varied, as are the missions. Being up to date on HR trends and communication tools (Canva, Confluence, etc.) is strongly recommended to join this team in a caring and constantly evolving environment! Then, the only limit is your imagination Your Mission (If You Accept It): Serve as a superadmin of our new Learning Management System (LMS), and propose + put in place specific journeys on our LMS (onboarding, data paths, maternity leave, etc.) Strengthen our e-learning catalog (in-house + external) Leading the newcomers onboarding process and training compliance, monthly Oversee the annual learning calendar for non-digital initiatives (upskilling, management, mental health, and well-being at work). Reporting & data analysis Set up & input training events, oversee registrations, coordinate recurrent internal & external initiatives, and manage reporting and analytics (LABM, etc.) Ensure the training follow-up is accurate and up to date Manage training logistics with our providers (Meet links; sending prework and post-work); communicate directly with participants at all levels and contribute to a positive learner experience by anticipating and responding to participant and facilitator needs Invent new, fun, & unique ways to promote courses/learning opportunities to all employees You're At The Right Place If: Had first-hand experience in similar roles before - internships, student associations or volunteering - anything !. You're looking for an apprenticeship English is a no-brainer for you. You understand how to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple offices, culture and remotely, by also managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines simultaneously. You are organized, with great attention to detail, at ease with data reports and curious to learn about new tools. You have strong communication skills, easily connect with others and have a natural tendency to care for people. You are empathetic and enthusiastic and can easily adapt to any situation. Bonus point if you already used the following : Canva, HR Information Systems, Learning Management System, Training Management System, Google Suite. ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP: ℹ️ Starting date: September 2026 Duration: 12 months (until August/September 2027) Ideally a rhythm of 3 or 4 days at work and 1-2 days at school within the week Location: Bordeaux, France Contract: You must already be enrolled in a Work-study program in a French school (contrat d'alternance/ d'apprentissage).
