Sales Development Representative

We are backed by some of the top tier VCs of the world and are one of the fastest growing AI companies being built out of India for the world. We work with over 200+ customers and building a team to 10x this in the next 12 months. We are a team of 60 hungry, ambitious & hard working individuals and are adding more people to the team who share our desire to leave a lasting impact on humanity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to prospective clients across U.S. markets.
• Qualify prospects and set appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build relationships and nurture interest.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed daily and weekly activity targets (calls, connections, appointments booked).
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
• Participate actively in team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting .
• Excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication skills.
• Confidence and professionalism when speaking with business owners or executives.
• Experience calling U.S.-based businesses is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with dialer tools (e.g., Aircall, PhoneBurner, or similar) and team communication platforms like Slack.
• Strong work ethic , coachability , and a competitive drive to succeed .
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) .
