Hanoi Senior Associate (or above positions)

Requirements

• Vietnam qualified
• Good command of English (including drafting and negotiation)
• Over 5 years Post-Qualified Experience with preference for relevant experience in M&A, Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Finance and/or general corporate law.
• At least 5 years experience in a law firm.
• University (LL.B) or higher level degree
• Key Tasks:
• Working independently (under supervision of partners) to provide legal advice to clients;
• Performing due diligence, reviewing, drafting and negotiating transaction agreements (SPA, SSA, SHA, Charter, etc.), financial agreements (loan, credit facility, etc.) and other necessary documents/agreements in English upon instruction by clients/partners.
• Advising, drafting, submitting and following application documents for licensing works;
• Reviewing the works of junior members in translating and proofreading documents;
• Liaising with relevant authorities for their opinion/clarification;
• As a senior member of the team, coaching and supervising junior lawyers and paralegals.
