About the role
Job Description: Handle full sets of accounts Perform timely month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and provisions. Prepare monthly management reports such as Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets. Ensure accurate GST submissions and compliance with IRAS and ACRA regulations. Coordinate with external auditors and prepare supporting schedules for audit purposes. Monitor daily cash flow positions and manage corporate bank accounts. Serve as the main liaison with banks on operational matters, account documentation, opening/closing of accounts and renewal of banking facilities. Support foreign exchange transactions and assist in managing financial risks such as currency and interest rate exposure. Prepare cash flow reports and bank reconciliations accurately and promptly. Maintain proper records within banking portals and ensure adherence to internal control procedures. Provide backup support to the non-trade accounts payable function when required. Carry out ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant experience handling full sets of accounts. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAPB1 and exposure to treasury functions will be advantageous.
