Responsibilities

• As a Lead Civil Engineer in our Energy team based in Brisbane , you'll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
• Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
• Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions
• Coordinate civil works with key energy assets (wind, solar, BESS, substations)
• Support construction planning and delivery with practical, buildable solutions
• Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions
• Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance

Requirements

• Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in Civil Engineering
• Demonstrated experience delivering civil design for renewable energy projects, particularly Wind, Solar and/or BESS developments.
• Strong expertise in civil infrastructure design, including access roads, pavements, hardstands, earthworks, and drainage.
• Sound understanding of relevant Australian standards, design guidelines and client requirements in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
• A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
