About the role CDL-London at Imperial College London is Creative Destruction Lab's newest international hub, dedicated to transforming cutting-edge research into scalable, high-impact ventures. Hosted at Imperial College London-one of the world's leading universities in science, engineering, and medicine-CDL-London is part of a vibrant ecosystem supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, led by the Institute for DeepTech Entrepreneurship and the Imperial Enterprise Lab. As Venture Manager (Healthcare Robotics), you will play a central role in supporting and growing this exciting programme-working with pioneering founders developing technologies that can transform patient care, clinical workflows, and global health systems. What you would be doing As Venture Manager, you will support the end-to-end delivery of the CDL Healthcare Robotics programme, from sourcing and selecting high-potential ventures to managing their progress through the programme. You will work closely with founders, clinicians, academics, investors and industry partners, coordinating programme activities, supporting venture development, and ensuring a high-quality experience for all stakeholders. Alongside this, you will monitor performance through key metrics, analyse data to inform decision-making, contribute to communications and outreach, and identify opportunities to continuously improve and grow the programme. What we are looking for We are looking for a motivated and collaborative individual with a strong interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, and healthcare technologies.
