Product Liability Litigation Associate Location: Los Angeles, CA The Los Angeles office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking a Product Liability Litigation Associate to join its team. Job Requirements: Two to four years of complex product liability litigation experience at a law firm. Experience defending clients in both California state court and federal court. Preferred experience with pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and consumer health or consumer-facing products. Experience in all phases of litigation, including: Discovery Depositions Motion drafting Hearings Trial or trial preparation experience is a plus. Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills. Strong academic credentials. Ideal Candidates: Highly motivated to be part of an active trial practice. Demonstrate initiative and an ability to assume responsibility for client matters. Possess interpersonal skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
