Senior Assistant Manager, Healthy Longevity (1-year renewable contract)

Responsibilities

• Program Development and Management: Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs, ensuring they align with the Academy's mission and goals. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality content and educational experiences for a diverse audience.
• Curriculum Design: Work closely with faculty and subject matter experts to develop relevant, evidence-based curricula that integrate the latest research in healthy longevity, geroscience and geromedicine.
• Event Coordination: Plan and organize educational events, such as workshops, seminars, and conferences, ensuring smooth execution and a high level of participant engagement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, students, industry professionals, and academic partners, to enhance educational offerings, collaborations, and event participation.
• Quality Assurance: Continuously assess the effectiveness of programs and events, gathering feedback and implementing improvements to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, impact, and learner satisfaction.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage the operational aspects of educational programs, including budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, and logistics ensuring efficient and effective program delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in educational program management, preferably within a higher education or healthcare setting.
• Proven track record in curriculum development and event coordination.
