Responsibilities
- As an I&E-focused Operations Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the electrical and control systems that keep our facilities running. Your responsibilities may include:

- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and travel between locations
- Ability to work in extreme conditions and elevated areas with PPE
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Preferred Qualifications by Level:
- Technician II: 2+ years of related experience, preferably in oil & gas
- Technician III: 3+ years of technician experience, preferably in oil & gas
- Technician Sr: 6+ years of experience with similar equipment or facilities; Associate degree preferred

- Work Environment & Schedule

- Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts, with proper PPE
- Use hand tools regularly
- Be available for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty
- Expect 10-12 hour shifts with potential overtime
