IT Infrastructure Manager - Cloud Azure - M365 - O365

About the role

Our Client is an established company. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a IT Infrastructure Manager to join their team. Reporting to the COO, your role involves: Oversee end-to-end IT operations: Manage hybrid infrastructure, networks, endpoints, and business systems to ensure system uptime and performance. Supervise hybrid cloud environments: Focus directly on the maintenance, tracking, and compliance of Microsoft 365 and Azure-based services . Act as the primary bridge between IT and business stakeholders while guiding and mentoring internal IT operations team Ensuring optimal functioning and cost-effective maintenance of all systems under their supervision. Drive IT Service Management (ITSM): Enhance helpdesk workflows, service recovery, and root-cause analyses while maintaining comprehensive runbooks and documentation. Optimize external vendor partnerships: Monitor third-party SLAs, managing external vendors, ensuring SLA is being adhered to Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies. This includes reviewing the current infrastructure solutions to identify Partnering with internal cyber security and compliance team, ensuring security mitigation controls. Skills and experience required As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure / Windows Server / System. Proven track record in M365 / O365 and Microsoft Azure cloud is required for this role. Candidates with stakeholder and external vendor management is required for this role.
