Primary Location NSW - Wetherill Park Job Description Summary This role is responsible for undertaking field survey and scoping activities for internal MDU cabling routes, and where required relevant external network assets, across an allocated region. The Field Scoper provides the field-based technical assessment required to define viable pathways, capture site conditions, validate constructability and produce accurate survey outputs that support design, delivery and installation readiness. Reporting to the Delivery Manager or Senior Field Supervisor, the role acts as the regional MDU subject matter expert for survey and scoping activity. The Field Scoper provides technical guidance to subcontractor surveyors and scopers, supports consistency of field methodology and standards, and performs quality assurance of survey and scoping submissions to improve accuracy, reduce rework and strengthen downstream delivery outcomes. The role is accountable for survey quality, field-based technical judgement and submission assurance rather than broader project management. It provides a key control point between site conditions and design by ensuring field information is complete, practical and aligned to approved standards and delivery requirements.
