Job Responsibilities: Specific duties includes but not limited to the following: - Enter case information for all new arrests into the ECAB tracker - Monitor the "arrest to complaint received" time frame in order to ensure that cases are not lingering unnecessarily. - Obtain criminal history (RAP sheet) of all arrested individuals. - Constant communication with Legal Supervisors, NYPD, and Court Personnel. - Constant communication with NYPD and Court Personnel. - Handle incoming phone calls, determine nature of call and caller's identity before transferring or taking a message. - Submit all completed cases to e-arraignments expeditiously and prepare for arraignment part. - Select appropriate case submission status in the ECAB tracker depending on the type of document being submitted. - Assist legal staff with trouble shooting issues with case processing. - Integrated with DA's office legal staff. - All other duties as assigned.
