About the Role 💭 We're looking for a Junior Demand & Supply Planner to support our monthly planning process, ensuring the right stock is available in the right place at the right time. Working closely with the wider Planning team, you'll help develop and maintain demand forecasts, analyse forecast accuracy, manage inventory levels, and support supply planning activities to meet customer demand while achieving supply chain objectives. You'll collaborate across teams to optimise stock availability, support B2B and OEM order management, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our planning processes. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, end to end supply chain knowledge, and the ability to build effective relationships across the business.
