Job Description Summary: Provides clinical assessment, behavioral health treatment, case management, care coordination, and crisis intervention for children, adolescents and their families across all professional and clinical settings. Job Description: Essential Functions: Accurately assesses and documents client presenting problems, history, symptomology, mental status, and diagnosis. Prescribes initial interventions in a timely manner. Assists in developing specific, realistic, and measurable treatment goals and objectives. Education Requirement: Master's Degree from an accredited university or professional school of Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy, required. Licensure Requirement: Appropriate Ohio licensure, required. Must remain current in required licensure and clinical or other training as required. Independent license, preferred. Intern-to-Hire Provision: Internal or organizational interns who have completed their academic program may be hired while awaiting full licensure, provided they hold a valid Ohio Board Trainee Registration. Candidates must be operating within the initial 60-day post-graduation window or an approved trainee extension (up to 6 months maximum). Certifications: (not specified)
