Coordination and Communication : Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Subcontractors to ensure safety standards are upheld throughout all project phases. Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters on-site. Ensure all work activities requiring permits (e.g., Permit-to-Work) are properly coordinated and documented. 5. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain safety documentation, including risk assessments, inspection checklists, safety audit reports, and training records. Prepare monthly safety reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as incident rates, non-conformance records, and safety training conducted. 6. Emergency Preparedness : Ensure the emergency response plan is established and all personnel are trained to handle potential emergencies. Conduct emergency drills and inspect firefighting and first-aid equipment regularly.
