We are looking for a passionate Senior Manager, Alumni Engagement to join our team and make a difference. The Senior Manager of Alumni Engagement will help lead the implementation and execution of BBYO's alumni engagement initiatives, helping to strengthen lifelong relationships between BBYO and its global alumni community. The Senior Manager will oversee the day-to-day leadership and growth of BBYO's Alumni Mentorship Program, rive engagement efforts within local communities, identify and support opportunities for teens to connect with alumni participating in industry networking groups, and steward alumni participation across immersive experiences including International Convention and summer programs. They will partner closely with teams across Community Impact, Philanthropic Engagement, Marketing, Movement Experiences, and IT to build scalable systems and meaningful engagement opportunities that connect alumni to BBYO's mission and enrich the teen experience. SHAPING THE FUTURE FOR TEENS, ALUMNI AND YOURSELF As a Senior Manager, Alumni Engagement, your responsibilities will include: Lead the implementation and ongoing management of BBYO's Alumni Mentorship Program, including participant recruitment, onboarding, communications, stewardship, program operations, speaker coordination, evaluation, and participant experience. Cultivate and steward relationships with alumni mentors, speakers, and volunteers to strengthen engagement and support long-term participation. Coordinate an alumni micro-grant program and other community-building opportunities that connect alumni through locally-hosted experiences. Execute alumni engagement strategies within local communities in partnership with BBYO's community-based staff teams, serving as the connector between alumni and staff. Support efforts to connect alumni to local teen experiences through mentorship, speaking opportunities, volunteer leadership, and community partnerships. Help develop systems and processes that make it easier for local teams to identify and engage alumni in meaningful ways. Partner cross-functionally to lead the coordination and stewardship of alumni engagement opportunities connected to BBYO immersive experiences, including International Convention, summer programs, and leadership retreats. Track engagement metrics and maintain organized systems for participant data, communications, and alumni involvement. Execute segmented alumni communications strategies across email, newsletter, social, and digital platforms to drive engagement and increase participation across key audience groups. Support the growth and visibility of the BBYO Alumni Association brand by developing compelling storytelling and outreach strategies that strengthen alumni awareness, affinity, and connection to BBYO's mission and community.
