About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Operations Executive to join Lau Di Fang Scissors-Cut Curry Rice Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in the Central Region and will play a crucial part in the smooth running of our F&B operations across.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring good hygiene practices, good customer service and operations workflow
- Managing and training outlet staff, including chefs, kitchen assistant and servers.

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety, health, and safety regulations
- Liaising with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Assisting with inventory management and cost control initiatives
- Reports to Operations Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar F&B operations role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of food safety and health and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the F&B industry and a commitment to delivering a exceptional customer experience
