Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a Histology/Pathology‑related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in anatomic pathology , including IHC, special stains, workflow optimization, or instrumentation.
  • Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to become a trusted product and application expert .
  • Familiarity with Agilent Omnis instruments preferred ; solid experience with competitive automated IHC/staining platforms is also acceptable.
  • Deep understanding of pathology lab operations, including workflow drivers, QC/QA requirements, validation processes, and economic considerations.
  • Proven ability to support complex capital sales cycles in partnership with field sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success engaging multiple customer levels : technologists, supervisors, pathologists, laboratory directors, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting product evaluations, validation studies, and customer decision‑making processes.
  • Experience with digital pathology systems (scanners, image analysis, workflow integration) is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, product‑focused customer value.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred).
