Responsibilities

• 🍹 Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
• 🍸 Crafting classic cocktails and signature drinks with consistency and flair
• 😊 Delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences
• 📦 Managing bar inventory, stock levels, and ordering requirements
• ✨ Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar area
• 🤝 Collaborating with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
• 🎉 Supporting special events, private functions, and themed nights

Requirements

• ✔ Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, lounge, or hospitality venue
• ✔ A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
• ✔ Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service
• ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
• ✔ Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
