  • ERP systems such as SAP & Ariba systems knowledge is a big plus

  • Initiative & proactive
  • MS Office Suite
  • SAP payment process knowledge
  • Previous experience working with outstanding AP open items
  • Experience in Manufacturing Industry

Job Description : Accounts Payable Representative Huntsman is seeking a Accounts Payable Representative supporting the Corporate Division located in San Jose, Costa Rica. This position will report to the P2P AP - Manager Accounts Payable. Job Scope Coordinate and prepare documents, valuation of work, etc. to support the Company's Accounts Payable processes. In summary, as the Accounts Payable Representative, you will: - Review and analyze AP inquires or escalations from internal and external process. - Support issue resolution for potential duplicates or entries processed by mistake into AP accounts. - Perform AP accounts reconciliation. - Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies - Assist in month-end closing Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. - Comply with all internal control procedures to ensure accurate financial records, particularly in relation to Corporate Delegation of Authority policy. - Assist with other projects as needed and performs other related work as assigned by management related to providing support to AP Operations. - Identify, work on and propose continuous system and process improvements to enhance services delivery.
