Role Overview: In this role, you will support security assurance activities across group entities, ensuring alignment with internal policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements. You will assist in evaluating controls, tracking remediation efforts, preparing documentation for audits, and collaborating with IT, compliance, and risk teams. This position is ideal for motivated early-career professionals eager to grow in cyber security, compliance, and risk management. Role Insightst: Support senior team members in security assurance reviews across group entities to ensure alignment with internal policies, ISO standards, and regulations (e.g. NIS2). Assist in evaluating cyber security controls and identifying potential compliance gaps or areas for improvement. Track and follow up on remediation activities to ensure timely resolution of issues. Collaborate with IT, risk owners, compliance, and operational teams to support the implementation of security controls. Help prepare documentation and evidence for audits and regulatory inspections. Contribute to dashboards and reports that reflect compliance status and trends. Support the improvement of assurance processes and related documentation. Participate in knowledge sharing and promote a culture of continuous improvement. What Makes You Unique: Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Information Security, IT, Business Informatics, Organizational Science, or related field. Some hands-on experience through internships, student jobs, or entry-level roles in cyber security, IT audit, compliance, or risk management. Basic understanding of information security principles (e.g. CIA triad, security controls) and familiarity with standards like ISO 27001. Interest in regulatory frameworks such as NIS2, DORA, and GDPR. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a complex, multi-entity environment. Team-oriented mindset with initiative and willingness to take ownership under guidance. Fluent in English.
