Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to support the company's financial operations, with a focus on accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), data verification, and assisting in month-end closing activities. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, reconciling accounts, and maintaining efficient financial processes while collaborating with internal teams. Administrative support duties may also be required. Job Responsibilities 1.Accounts Receivable & Payable Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and follow-ups on outstanding balances Handle accounts payable functions, including invoice verification, processing payments, and vendor reconciliation Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions 2.Accounting & Reconciliation Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation Verify financial data and reconcile discrepancies in accounts Perform bank reconciliations and assist in maintaining ledger accuracy 3.Month-End Closing Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities Support preparation of financial reports and schedules Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data 4.Administrative & Operational Support Provide general administrative support to the finance team Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations Support documentation and filing systems for audit and compliance purposes Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (AP/Accounting certifications such as AAP or CPA are a plus) Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or a similar finance role Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., SAGE, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is an advantage Strong organisational and time management skills Good analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Positive attitude and willingness to learn
