Account Manager [Printing & IT Solutions]

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
• Understand client needs and propose customized IT and printing solutions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals, clearly communicating value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience in IT office automation or related industry is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and drive for excellence in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using IT systems and applications.
• Strong customer engagement skills with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
