Responsibilities

  • Lead program management support for the MNRE PMU under NGHM, including work planning, coordination, progress tracking, stakeholder engagement, and quality delivery.

  • Required Experience and Expertise:
  • More than 15 years of relevant experience in industry, consulting, project implementation, energy, hydrogen, infrastructure, policy, regulation, or related fields.
  • Direct industry experience and strong knowledge of hydrogen production, handling, storage, transportation, safety, and utilization is essential.
  • Experience in project implementation, contract structuring, procurement, bidding processes, trade, taxation, customs, incentives, and regulatory matters.
  • Strong understanding of hydrogen, low-carbon fuels, energy transition, market structures, commercial drivers, and policy implementation issues.

Requirements

  • Strong program management, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare high-quality market research reports, industry insight notes, proposals, workplans, dashboards, bidding documents, contract frameworks, and executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to interpret technical, commercial, financial, regulatory, trade, and taxation information and convert it into actionable recommendations.
  • Master's degree in engineering, energy, economics, public policy, management, or MBA from a reputed institution.
  • Willingness to work from the MNRE location and travel for meetings, consultations, workshops, site visits, and project requirements.
