Responsibilities

Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across various levels.
- Experience handling employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
