About the role
You will be the first dedicated sales hire at Social Sprinkles. You'll own the entire acquisition function: building the pipeline from scratch, shaping how we pitch and close, and growing our client base across Singapore. Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective SME, mid-market, and enterprise clients across Singapore
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and digital channels
- Develop and execute targeted acquisition strategies tailored to different client segments and industries
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand each client's business challenges and growth objectives
- Present and position Social Sprinkles' social media and marketing services to key decision-makers
- Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations to support sales efforts
- Convert prospects into long-term agency clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and opportunities
- Report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and progress on a regular basis
- Experience & qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales, business development, or client acquisition role
- Prior experience selling marketing or agency services is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of social media marketing and ads across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
