Role - Senior Principal Technology Architect Location - Frankfurt/ Dusseldorf Purpose of the Enterprise Architect (Infrastructure) Given the scale and strategic importance -our largest revenue-generating engagement spanning multi-cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS), Frankfurt data center hosting, global network, digital workplace for ~125,000 users, and service desk -there is a clear opportunity to further strengthen our positioning and unlock the next phase of growth. Today, while each tower operates effectively for the client, there is an opportunity to: Eliminate cross-tower silos and drive end-to-end accountability Introduce AI-led automation and AIOps at scale Create a unified architecture strategy aligned to client's business priorities Proactively identify expansion opportunities across cloud, cyber, network, and workplace This role will enable us to transition from a multi-tower service provider to a strategic transformation partner , while improving service stability and accelerating innovation. Role Overview: Enterprise Architect - AI-led Integrated Services The Enterprise Architect will: Own the end-to-end architecture blueprint across cloud, infrastructure, network, workplace, and service desk Drive AI-first operations (AIOps, predictive support, GenAI-enabled service desk, automation-led delivery) Act as the single architectural authority across all towers , ensuring seamless integration and unified observability Partner with Business Engagement Managers and client stakeholders to shape demand and translate business priorities into transformation roadmaps Identify and drive large deal opportunities and cross-sell initiatives , contributing directly to revenue growth Establish governance to improve resilience, SLA performance, and user experience (XLA) Expected Outcomes This role will deliver measurable impact across both Infosys and the client: Client: Improved platform stability and reduced incidents Enhanced end-user experience across 125K users Accelerated adoption of AI-led operations and automation Future-ready architecture supporting energy transition and digital innovation For Infosys: Increased account penetration and revenue growth Stronger positioning as a strategic partner vs. tower-based provider Expansion of AI, cloud, cyber, and network transformation deals Clear, integrated value narrative at CIO/Board level We are looking for 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and large-scale managed services Deep expertise across multi-cloud, infrastructure, networking, and workplace services Preferable - TOGAF Certification Proven ability to drive AI-led transformation and automation at scale Strong client engagement and commercial acumen Why Infosys Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
