Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume construction supervision roles across the Middle East region.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging internal recruiting systems, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Conduct proactive talent mapping and pipeline building to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers across the Middle East region to ensure seamless communication and recruitment delivery.

  • Consistently meet or exceed established recruitment KPI's.
  • Monitor personal performance against recruitment metrics, proactively adjusting strategies to achieve business demand.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Middle East market and recruitment practices.
  • Experience in managing recruitment for technical and engineering roles within a consultancy environment
  • Previous experience focusing on high volume recruitment
