Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume construction supervision roles across the Middle East region.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging internal recruiting systems, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Conduct proactive talent mapping and pipeline building to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers across the Middle East region to ensure seamless communication and recruitment delivery.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes in collaboration with the Mobilization team.
- Maintain accurate candidate, hiring manager and recruitment activity records within the ATS to ensure data integrity and reliable reporting.
- Consistently meet or exceed established recruitment KPI's.
- Monitor personal performance against recruitment metrics, proactively adjusting strategies to achieve business demand.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Middle East market and recruitment practices.
- Experience in managing recruitment for technical and engineering roles within a consultancy environment
- Previous experience focusing on high volume recruitment
