Job Scope: Support the day-to-day bar operations by ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining beverage quality standards, and providing exceptional guest experiences. Lead and mentor bar team members through on-the-job training, shift coordination, performance support, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment Assist in inventory management, stock control, ordering processes, and cost management to minimise wastage and ensure operational efficiency. Uphold responsible alcohol service, health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and brand expectations while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Job Requirements: Relevant experience in a similar role within hospitality, F&B or related industries preferred. Good knowledge of operational procedures, quality standards and workplace safety practices. Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
