Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage senior stakeholder relationships across a defined portfolio of Media and Retail enterprise accounts in Sweden, driving customer satisfaction and long-term growth
  • Build and execute long-term account strategies aligned to customer business objectives, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Identify and develop new opportunities across existing accounts and whitespace prospects, using the full Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce portfolio

  • Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience in the Swedish market, including managing complex deal structures and commercial proposals for large organisations
  • Proven ability to develop sophisticated, value-based propositions and engage credibly with both operational stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills, with a demonstrated appetite for strategic selling environments
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, with the right to work in Sweden

Requirements

  • Prior experience selling into the Media and/or Retail sector in Sweden
  • Familiarity with Agentforce, AI-driven CRM, or multi-cloud Salesforce selling motions
  • Ability to coordinate and strategise effectively within a large, extended internal team
