Responsibilities

• Drive the Roadmap: Translate the product vision into a clear, actionable roadmap for Capital Markets AI tooling. Develop and prioritize features, epics, and user stories to guide the engineering team in delivering high-value solutions that empower Capital Markets professionals.
• Lead from the Front: Act as the key technical and product leader for a dedicated team of engineers focused on Capital Markets solutions. Mentor team members, establish modern engineering best practices, and foster a culture of excellence and rapid iteration.
• Hands-On Prototyping and Architecture: Be prepared to get hands-on with building proofs-of-concept and initial prototypes to validate ideas quickly, particularly for novel AI applications in Capital Markets tooling.
• Qualifications Experience: Significant Proven experience in technology, with a proven track record of shipping products from concept to launch in a product-centric or entrepreneurial role.

This role specifically focuses on Capital Markets tooling , where these tools are critical for our Capital Markets professionals to drive Debt and Equity Capital Markets Deal Execution, Optimize Financing workflows, Leverage Capital Markets AI agents, Identify New Deal Opportunities, and Service their clients more effectively and efficiently . You will be responsible for shaping the future of our financial products by identifying high-impact opportunities for AI within this domain and leading the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to scaled production. This is not a traditional development role. We are looking for a product-minded technologist who can bridge the gap between complex business challenges faced by Capital Markets professionals and cutting-edge AI solutions for their tooling needs.
