Responsibilities

  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence reviewing important documentation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple candidates at different stages of the process
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly with MS Office and internal systems

Reed Talent Solutions are hiring in Milton Keynes! We're looking to recruit an Onboarding Specialist to join our Service Delivery team and support one of our key clients. Reed supply flexible and temporary workforce solutions through Angard Staffing to Royal Mail sites all across the country, managing year round recruitment as well as seasonal peaks. The start date for this role is 17th August. This is a fixed term contract until November 2026. Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm 5 days a week What is an Onboarding Specialist? As a Registration Specialist, you will be working as part of our candidate onboarding team, supporting candidates throughout their registration journey and ensuring they are fully prepared to begin work with the Royal Mail Group. This is a fast-paced, structured and target-driven role where you will be responsible for contacting candidates, scheduling registration appointments, managing candidate flow, conducting registrations, supporting candidates through the process, and ensuring all compliance requirements are completed accurately. The Registration Specialist will play a key role in managing candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring they complete all required checks, profiles, and documentation so they are compliant, correctly registered, and ready for deployment.
