- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Public Relations Officer (PRO) roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce professional documents and presentations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
- Experience working on Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects preferred
