We are constantly growing and are seeking experienced Senior Structural Design Engineers (Marine & Infrastructure) to join our Engineering Team in Athens. As part of our leading multi-disciplinary Athens based engineering team, you will play a key role across the entire lifecycle of international Marine, Infrastructure, and Industrial projects, from Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and Tender Design through Detailed Engineering and construction support. What you will need to do: Design structures and foundations across a wide range of Marine & Coastal Infrastructure projects, including: Marine crossings & Bridges Ports & Harbours, Jetties, Piers, and Marinas Quay walls (gravity, combi-wall, RC diaphragm, RC caissons), piled platforms, mooring & berthing dolphins RC caisson breakwaters Floating structures Seawater intake & outfall systems, including submerged RC pumping stations Critical temporary works Perform structural analyses and design calculations using industry-leading software (SOFiSTiK, IDEA StatiCa, Robot Structural Analysis, STAAD.Pro) alongside in-house spreadsheets, Mathcad worksheets. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop integrated, constructible design solutions, emphasizing modularization and precast construction methods that optimize construction efficiency. Act as technical reviewer for structural design deliverables prepared by external consultants and subcontractors. Prepare technical presentations, engineering scope descriptions, and project documentation. Ensure designs comply with project specifications, international codes and standards and quality management procedures. BSc and MSc in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering from an accredited university. 5-10 years of structural design experience in infrastructure projects; marine/coastal project experience will be considered a strong asset. Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g. SOFiSTiK, Robot Structural Analysis, STAAD.Pro, or similar FEA packages), as well as other engineering tools such as AutoCAD and Mathcad. Working knowledge of international design codes and standards (Eurocodes, BS, API, PIANC, ASCE, AASHTO, ACI) and industry best practices. Professional registration/chartership with an accredited technical chamber or engineering institution, e.g. Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) or equivalent. Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A plus would be familiarity with AI technologies, such as large language models (LLMs), AI assistants, and agentic workflows and AI-assisted engineering tools, with a genuine interest in applying them in daily work.
