REQ14084 Manager, Strategic Marketing (Open) POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, Strategic Marketing oversees the day-to-day operation of the Gaming and Marketing Analytics team. This involves leading a team of analysts in performing in-depth statistical analysis to optimize gaming operations and marketing initiatives, with the goal of maximizing gaming and patron profit, while taking into account the complex interactions between customers and their gaming preferences. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Regularly devises and implements Table Games, Gaming Machines, and VIP action plans that are incorporated into casino operation plans. Designs and implements analytics plans that is incorporated in Resorts Marketing programs and initiatives. Furnishes reports or analysis to key decision makers, including working closely with internal departments on pre- and post-campaign analysis. Coordinates with marketing operations teams in providing reports and lists in support of program executions. Manages and directs analysts to drive business intelligence or analytics projects and translates data into insights and insights into actions. Ensures Data Mart's completeness and cleanliness Sets performance objectives, targets and budgeted expenditure and identifies training needs as required. Manages, mentors, and leads the team with efficient deployment of resources and reviews workflow to ensure resources are utilized in an effective manner. Recommends and/or executes management policies to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, recall, discharge, re-assign, or discipline employees. Performs any other projects or tasks as assigned by the Director, Strategic Marketing. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Annual Mass and VIP gaming revenue and EBITDA. Improvement in Table Games and Gaming Machines efficience. Improvement in the effectiveness of marketing programs, i.e. higher response rate or conversion rate and/or better ROI. Timely completion of delegated tasks with accuracy. High commitment in delivering and improving customer service, internally or externally.
