Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a high energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to provide pre-sales lead qualification. This role is one of the first touch points for prospects and has the opportunity to set the tone for the sales cycle.
  • How You Will Spend Your Days
  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects

  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity goals to ensure sales revenue objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with new messaging, products/services, and pricing/payment plans
  • What You Bring to this Role
  • 6+ months work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and Regie AI
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $65,000, annual commission potential of up to $20,000, and eligibility to participate in our Employee Participation Unit program.
