About the role

Design and maintain the comprehensive information landscape and streamline both incoming and outgoing information flows for MRHub . Establish and enforce critical standards and governance for information objects in close partnership with the Data Engineering Lead . Drive quality assurance by performing periodic reviews on the compliance and integrity of all information objects and architectural flows . Provide strategic leadership on information modeling to project and operational teams, ensuring alignment with global informatics goals . Identify and organize complex information requirements and objects for MRHub to ensure seamless traceability and easy access . Support remediation of sub-optimal data flows within business processes to enhance overall system efficiency and performance . Ensure architectural accuracy by maintaining up-to-date automated flows in Archimedes and creating conceptual designs that fit IT/Business strategies . Collaborate with Agile teams and Solution Architects to document governance, compliance, and master data standards within solution architecture .

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading complex data science and information architecture projects from end-to-end with a drive for significant business impact .
  • Proven track record of working closely with senior leadership to inform and influence high-level strategic business decisions and data frameworks .
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-wide data science frameworks, information lifecycles, and governance best practices .
  • Deep technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, coupled with the ability to architect and maintain complex version control workflows using Git.
  • Comprehensive expertise in cloud-native database management and serverless architectures, specifically within the AWS ecosystem including Amazon Aurora, PostgreSQL, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway.
  • Strong background in data infrastructure and lifecycle management , with a proven ability to deploy, scale, and optimize high-performance backend services.
  • Educated professional with a relevant advanced degree and a commitment to maintaining technical excellence in a fast-paced environment .
  • Nice to have : Familiarity with enterprise-grade data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, alongside experience navigating agile project management environments using Jira and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
  • What you get:
  • Salary range 19,000 - 35,400 PLN gross based on the employment contract.

The Information Architect will do this by identifying, classifying, standardizing information objects and creating information flows, working closely with Business Stakeholders, Solution Architects, Software Architects, IT Business Partners, and Business Analysts .
