Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Real Estate, or related environments.
- Minimum 5-8 years of leadership experience managing large-scale facilities operations, programmes, or portfolios.
- Possession of CFME Tier 2
- Workplace Safety-related certifications (e.g. WSH or FSM)
