About the role
As a Senior Market Research Manager , you'll join a cross-functional team of research experts who turn customer and consumer data, behavior, and feedback into insights that make a difference. In this role, you will own HelloFresh's Global Brand Tracker , our monthly brand health survey and one of HelloFresh flagship research programs. The tracker plays a key role in how we understand brand performance across markets. Collaborating with data scientists and analysts across the company, you will leverage this data to inform Marketing Mix Modeling , geo experiments such as geolifts and geotests, causal inference models, key driver analysis, and campaign impact measurement. Beyond the Global Brand Tracker, you will work on segmentation, competitive benchmarking, insight triangulation, stakeholder socialization, and more. Your work will focus on brand and marketing topics, going beyond ad-hoc research on campaigns, creatives, and new products. You will also work with modern research and analytics tools, including AI-powered tools such as Claude Code and Gemini Pro. Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. Responsibilities
- End-to-end design and execute ad-hoc research projects to gain an understanding of consumers worldwide, how they connect to HelloFresh, our products, campaigns and creatives
- With your strong communication and consulting skills you share insights and recommendations with global & local stakeholders throughout HelloFresh
- Work with market research vendors globally, i.e. writing briefs, assessing proposals and managing projects
Requirements
- >3 years of professional experience in the field of market research that involves hands-on quantitative research in an agency or in-house
- Successfully completed studies in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics or similar subjects
- Excellent knowledge of questionnaire design, multivariate analytics and reporting survey data
- Expert skills in analysis tools (SPSS and Excel, R or Python are a plus), reporting in google slides or Tableau and experience with professional online survey tools (e.g. QuestionPro)
- Excited to experiment and responsibly leverage AI for generating more effective insights
- You are enthusiastic about research and are comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong self-organizing skills and attention to detail
