As an Academic Leader at Kaplan International College London, you will use your knowledge of teaching and learning to ensure that our academic programme enables students to perform to the absolute best of their ability. What you'll bring to the role Strong commitment to student-centred approaches to learning and teaching. Experience of managing a curriculum area/s. Knowledge of the needs of international students. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong resource allocation and organizational skills. Ability to analyse data to make informed conclusions. Ability to work collaboratively across a range of teams. A bachelor's degree or equivalent and preferably a UK Master's degree or higher. A teaching qualification is desirable.
