Requirements
- Core Capabilities
- Expertise in the semiconductor ecosystem, including Foundry, OSAT andsubstrates
- Strong understanding of silicon technology roadmaps, including process nodes, advanced packaging, and capacity dynamics
- Ability to partner with engineering and business teams to implement product development, technology, and supply chain strategies
- Negotiator with experience structuring complex, strategic supplier agreements
- Data-driven influencer with a strong focus on measurable outcomes
- Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence team members internally and externally
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor sourcing, supplier management, or technology supply chain leadership
- Experience supporting custom silicon programs within complex technology environments
- Strong knowledge of Foundry, OSAT, and substrate markets, including technology trends and supplier landscape
- Experience in product development cycles and close partnership with engineering organizations
- Financial and commercial expertise, including cost modeling, capacity planning, and long-term agreements
