Site Engineer (C&S)

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil, structural, or infrastructure construction projects.
• Experience in MRT, LTA, infrastructure, or public sector projects will be an advantage.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and construction specifications.
• Good planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Additional Information

Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily civil, structural, architectural, M&E, and related construction activities on site. Monitor construction progress and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Coordinate with Qualified Persons (QPs), consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on technical and site matters. Prepare daily work schedules, manpower planning, work progress reports, and site documentation. Attend site coordination meetings with project stakeholders and relevant authorities. Identify site issues and work closely with the project team to resolve technical and operational matters. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company safety policies, and statutory requirements. Assist in preparing monthly progress reports and project records. Support project planning and site coordination to achieve timely project completion.
