About the role

Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The LPN will work under the direction of physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care, perform clinical procedures, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and promote positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include obtaining patient vital signs, assisting with examinations and treatments, documenting patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), educating patients and families, and maintaining a safe, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional care while maintaining high standards of clinical quality, professionalism, and teamwork. This position offers multiple full-time shift opportunities , including day, evening, extended, and overnight schedules. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Current CPR certification (if not included with BLS). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred for specialty clinical assignments. Minimum of one (1) year of direct patient care experience within the past three (3) years. Experience in acute care, medical-surgical, long-term care, rehabilitation, outpatient, primary care, or skilled nursing settings preferred. Proficiency using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation software. Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and patient care skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Excellent critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
