About the role

As a Technician Engineering, you will be responsible for supporting the academic team to maintain workshops and laboratories to a high standard, helping to ensure excellent teaching delivery and the best possible student outcomes. You will work in one of the most inspiring environments in the sector, alongside outstanding academic staff, and play a key role in passing on your skills and knowledge to our learners. With our expanding construction and engineering provision, we are now seeking a Technician to support Further Education courses at Levels 2 and 3. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual with industry experience or experience of supporting teaching in a university, school, or college setting. You will work closely with Lecturers, Senior Lecturers, and the Head of Department to ensure our delivery is world-class and that the Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Electronics, and Materials laboratories and workshops are maintained to the highest standards.
