We're looking for friendly, professional and customer-focused individuals to join our Reception team in our Joondalup Contact Centre. As a Receptionist , you'll play a key role in creating positive first impressions by answering incoming member calls, understanding their needs and connecting them with the right RAC team. Every interaction is an opportunity to deliver exceptional service and help our members get the support they need. This position works on a flexible roster between Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 8:30pm , with rotational Saturdays between 8:30am - 5:00pm .
